In making the presentations, board chair Ken Klaas noted “This has been an exciting year for the Lancaster Community Fund. Tonight we have made the inaugural awards from the estate gift of Peggy Morse to the Lancaster Fire Department, Maple Street Kids Daycare and Wisconsin Badger Camp. Recently we announced the estate gift of Keith Tiedemann. And, we have also had an anonymous donation to establish an endowment to support Winskill Elementary School. The generosity of those who love our community is humbling. I am hopeful that these people can and will serve as an inspiration to all of us as we speak about, advocate for, and invest in Lancaster.”
