Mary Wileman Joins CFSW as our Controller

Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin (CFSW) announces the recent hiring of a Controller. Mary Wileman, of Janesville, will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining and monitoring the Foundation’s financial, accounting and investment procedures, and manage the employee benefit systems.

Wileman will focus on supporting CFSW’s donor stewardship, manage the administration of accounting policies and procedures, coordinate annual budget, oversee the processing of all contributions, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all aspects of operations.

With more than 25 years in the non-profit financial arena, Wileman served as the Finance Director at United Way Blackhawk Region for 22 years and at the YWCA Rock County and First Lutheran Church, Janesville as Finance Director and Business Administrator respectively. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University, and is a certified bookkeeper.
