Grants available from the Black Hawk EIE

The South Wayne Community Fund is now accepting grant applications for the Black Hawk Excellence in Education (EIE) Fund.  Projects that serve the Black Hawk School District area are eligible.  Requests from individuals are not eligible.

The Black Hawk Excellence in Education Fund looks for projects or programs that propose creative and innovation solutions to current school needs.  Projects that are not included in the school budget are preferred.

To apply, obtain the application online (www.cfsw.org), complete, sign and send with one additional copy along with any additional documentation required.  Mail the completed application to the South Wayne Community Fund, P.O. Box 733, Monroe, WI 53566

All applications must be received no later than April 1, 2014

 Successful applicants will be notified for the date, time and place to receive the grant award.  Grantees are asked to use their grant within 1 year of the award
