Donor Services Representative

Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin seeks a dynamic, organized and relationship-driven individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will work with community fund boards, organizations and individual donors to cultivate, attract and manage charitable gifts and bequests while maintaining and enhancing the philanthropic goals of donors.  Other responsibilities include assisting with meetings, grant requests, publicity/presentations, mailings, paperwork/fund agreements, database reporting and supporting the mission of CFSW.  Requirements include: bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years in customer service, community service and/or nonprofit work; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint); strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to cultivate and build relationships and network with individuals and organizations in Rock & Walworth counties; ability to learn and educate others about policies and standards for fund agreements and knowledge of database/reporting; valid driver’s license and strong degree of accuracy and confidentiality.  Must be willing to work flexible hours around the schedules of various community fund boards and events, but hours can be flexible for other duties.  Expected part-time hours are 20-28 hours per week, depending on workload.  Competitive salary and benefits offered (life, disability, paid time off and retirement savings plan).  Send resume and income requirements to [email protected].  CFSW office is located in Janesville, WI.  Some local/regional travel is required.

Finance Administrative Assistant

Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin seeks a detail-oriented, organized and personable individual to assist CFO with data entry and financial recordkeeping.  Other responsibilities include reporting, audit assistance, administrative support to other CFSW staff and filing.  Ideal candidate will have associates degree in accounting and/or 2+ years of bookkeeping experience; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and some database management experience; experience with a foundation/nonprofit and/or Foundant Community Suites is a plus.  Flexible hours, approximately 15 hours per week, with heavier hours during audit and grant cycles.  Competitive wage and paid time off benefits.  Send resume and income requirements to [email protected].  CFSW office is located in Janesville, WI.
