The Argyle Community Fund is a means to build a permanent unrestricted charitable endowment to serve the Argyle area.
Grants are made from the Fund for projects in the areas of education, youth, the elderly, health care, historic preservation, the arts and the environment.
The grants are approved by a volunteer advisory board made up of Argyle area community members.
Grants made in the past three years have totaled over $9,600 and the number continues to grow as residents like you spread your philanthropy.
The Argyle Community Fund Advisory Board would like to thank everyone who has made donations or will be making future donations for their generosity and genuine care for the betterment of the Argyle Community. We hope that you remember our motto, "For good. For ever." Click here to give.
A new fund recently created by the Argyle Community Fund is the Argyle Excellence in Education Fund. It is an independent community organization that provides private resources to:
enhance educational programs
offer extended educational opportunities
encourage innovation
and recognize the achievements of students and staff of the Argyle School District.
We
invite you to make a difference in the life of a child by making a gift
to the Fund. All gifts are well appreciated. The size of the gift does
not matter because each gift will help the fund grow. The Fund began
from donations made by the Argyle Alumni and memorial donations. We
encourage alumni to spread the word at gatherings or reunions. Contact
