  Evansville Excellence in Education Fund

While scholarships are still a popular choice to further educational opportunities,

Excellence in Education Funds address immediate and changing needs

and serve a larger population of students and staff.

Evansville Excellence in Education Fund is a publicly supported, community based endowment that celebrates and supports effective and creative programs and projects that improve the way we prepare our children for the future.

Evansville EIE is:

-         Dedicated to sustaining and extending excellence in Evansville public schools.

-         Committed to providing funding for creative initiatives.

-         Is an investment toward quality education for today’s student and future generations.

Evansville EIE is overseen by the Evansville Fund Advisory Board; people like you who concerned about the needs in Evansville.  Annually, grants will be awarded to benefit students, teachers and the K through 12 education community as a whole.

Evansville EIE was started with seed money from the Evansville High School Class of 1967 and the Evansville Fund Advisory Board.  Gifts are welcomed, any amount, any time, to ensure a vital financial resource for Evansville schools.

In celebration of the Evansville High School 7/7/7 Class reunion, a challenge has been made.  Each class is being challenged collectively to gift $1000 to Evansville EIE.  The challenge will be matched by a $10,000 gift.

If you are unable to attend the reunion, but would like to participate in the challenge, please send gifts to:
